Bernard Tan

Director

Bernard Tan is one of the founding directors of Ang & Tan Law Corporation. Mr Tan graduated from the University of Buckingham with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 1994 and was called to the English Bar in 1996. He returned to Singapore to practice in 1997. He started his legal career as a Shipping Litigator in one of the largest shipping firm.

In his early years as a lawyer, Mr Tan gained invaluable litigation and corporate knowledge under the mentorship of a Senior Counsel, and following that, at a boutique firm known for specialising in corporate work. Both has helped shape him into the dynamic and versatile lawyer he is today.

Mr Tan’s strength lies in his deep understanding of business and interest in corporate dealings and transactions.
